Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and career-driven interns who aspire to build their careers in IT solutions sales and marketing. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, customer engagement, and business development within the IT software, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to introduce company solutions and services.
  • Schedule appointments and customer visits based on qualified leads.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members, industry experts, and vendors to gain industry knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Travel within the city for client meetings (own bike/scooter preferred).
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead engagement and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: BBA, BE, or B.Tech (Management or Technical background).
  • Strong interest in IT solutions sales and marketing.
  • Fluent English communication is mandatory (both verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of technology, IT software, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: Up to 6 months.
  • Stipend: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
  • Benefits: No PF; only ESI coverage during the internship.
  • Training Period: 2-3 weeks (Performance-based assessment).
  • Termination Policy: Candidates found unfit during training will have their contracts terminated immediately.
  • Conversion to Full-Time: Based on performance, interns may be offered permanent employment after six months.
  • Start Date: April 2, 2025.

Additional Preferences:

  • Candidates residing within a 10-15 km radius of Kolkata 700135 will be preferred.
  • Candidates with their own bike/scooter will be preferred for travel convenience.
